To ensure a seamless booking experience at Lomond View Lodge, we invite you to select your desired arrival and departure dates on the calendar, followed by filling in your essential details for confirmation. As you prepare for your stay, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with our guidelines to ensure a pleasant visit, respecting both the space and other guests. Your adventure awaits, and we’re excited to help you create unforgettable memories in the stunning Loch Lomond National Park.
Guidlines
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Please read carefully as we do not have a reception.
Checking in and out
- Check-in: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
- Checkout before 10:00 am
- Self check-in with lockbox
During your stay
- 6 guests maximum
- Parking On-site
- Pets allowed (up to 2)
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking
- Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 8:00 am
Before you leave
- Gather used towels
- Throw rubbish away
- Turn everything off
- Return keys
Safety & Property

- A carbon monoxide alarm installed
- A smoke alarm installed
- Children over the age of 14 are only permitted to sleep on the top bunkbed due to height.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice
You should provide written notice of cancellation as soon as possible.
Cancellation time
You may need to cancel at least 6 weeks in advance to avoid losing your deposit, or you may need to cancel at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid losing the total cost of your stay.
Refund
If you cancel within the cancellation window, you may receive a refund of some or all of your deposit or the balance of your booking. If you cancel outside the cancellation window, you may forfeit your entire deposit or the total cost of your stay.
Re-letting
If you cancel outside the cancellation window, the cabin may be re-let, and you may forfeit your deposit or the total cost of your stay
